Hey! Everyone with a guitar, GO HERE!  The man I met at the door who I'm assuming is JJ knew more about guitars then anyone I've ever met. I described the sound of what I was looking for in a guitar and how I had been reading reviews and watching videos of various brands. He pointed out the flaws in the guitar I brought in for repairs and handed me a Seagull S6 (made in Canada). I have never owned a guitar that sounded this amazing. Exactly what I described! He offered a price lower any I'd seen online for that model. Gave me a discount for my trade in. A quality instrument has made a big difference in my playing and I owe it all to these guys. I came in to restring my guitar and was very happy with the service provided. Although i arrived very close to their closing time, the sales associate took a lot of time to care and tend to my questions and provided a lot of helpful tips for my musical journey. Had ordered a few things on the phone, during covid, never had been in the store, was pleasantly surprised with how much supplies JJs had, walked out with a new DIY kit, and will definitely be back for upgrades to the kits hardware, great friendly knowledgeable, service....only downside is I may have to move, as living blocks away from this place could be dangerous!! Lol. See you guys again real soon!
