Thank you to Carl and the JJ Music Sales & Repair team for helping me to secure my AWESOME Sabian 19" Legacy Crash cymbal! This is my latest purchase from this store and they never disappoint. This cymbal's dark brooding, complex tones complements the sonic palette of my other cymbals. The JJ team's advice, service, products, shipping, etc. is simply superior. I have had the pleasure of obtaining Carl's help on several of my purchases - his knowledge and customer service has exceeded my expectations each and every time. To say I am very pleased is truly an understatement. Looking forward to purchasing from you again soon.

I messaged this shop last week and inquired about a few different Godin guitars. They responded quickly and answered all of my questions. I went into the shop this week and I'm not sure who was assisting me but he was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire visit. I was very impressed with the service and will definitely be back in the future.

Got my classical guitar's strings changed today and very satisfied with their service! The manager Carl is very friendly and easy-going. Thank you JJ! Will definitely visit again.
I had quite the experience finding someone that could repair my snow globe that was given to me by my brother and means a lot to me. A wire to the circuit board/ motherboard came unattached so the fan and light no longer worked. Desperate to get it fixed I searched with Google and no one was able to help me here in Canada. Then I decided to try asking for help on different social media sites and buy and sell sites. I received a note on Kijiji from JJ music and repair on Adelaide St. London, Ontario. They sent me a note saying to to bring it into the shop or send a picture of my snow globe. They said that if I brought it in they would look at it and try and fix it. I was delighted. Staff were so understanding and helpful and took my snow globe. I got an email in less then a week saying they were able to repair my sentimental globe. It works perfectly and I could not be happier for their efforts in fixing my item that just could not be replaced and at a very reasonable price. They don’t seem hesitate to try anything even though the store is full of musical merchandise they also do repairs on electronics. I highly recommend them. Thanks you from my heart. Very Satisfied and happy customer.

I’d like to thank Carl for the awesome service. Going in to the store for the first time, I had no idea what to expect. I was welcomed immediately and treated like a rock star. I needed service work done on two acoustic guitars, as they were both unplayable. I received one the next day with great action, new strings, tightened tuners, and a new bridge saddle. Carl even cleaned up my fretboard. That was service over an above my expectations. The second guitar is more than 50 years old, and that’s my baby. So, I now have no hesitations on giving her to Carl. She is in great hands, and I’m looking forward to having her back in perfect shape.

Been playing guitar a long time and got interested again in banjo,s. I didn’t really look into them before as I was very happy with my guitars. I,m 70 years old so I didnt know what kind of learning curve to expect. After lots of youtube bluegrass stuff ,I decided to check out 6 string banjo,s. I was met by Carl and he showed me the good and bad side to different brands and about the banjos,s themselves. I left feeling very educated. I decided on a a Deering 6 string. After I got home I started trying how to hold it, strum and pick it, a variety of picks etc. 3 days later I can say I,m very happy. Does not feel weird now and I,m using a Herco medium thumbpick. Plays like my Gretch and sounds like a banjo. Very Happy, might be a 5 stringer in the near future as this was fairly easy to adjust to and lots of fun.
