Thank you to Carl and the JJ Music Sales & Repair team for helping me to secure my AWESOME Sabian 19" Legacy Crash cymbal! This is my latest purchase from this store and they never disappoint. This cymbal's dark brooding, complex tones complements the sonic palette of my other cymbals. The JJ team's advice, service, products, shipping, etc. is simply superior. I have had the pleasure of obtaining Carl's help on several of my purchases - his knowledge and customer service has exceeded my expectations each and every time. To say I am very pleased is truly an understatement. Looking forward to purchasing from you again soon.

I messaged this shop last week and inquired about a few different Godin guitars. They responded quickly and answered all of my questions. I went into the shop this week and I'm not sure who was assisting me but he was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire visit. I was very impressed with the service and will definitely be back in the future.

Been playing guitar a long time and got interested again in banjo,s. I didn’t really look into them before as I was very happy with my guitars. I,m 70 years old so I didnt know what kind of learning curve to expect. After lots of youtube bluegrass stuff ,I decided to check out 6 string banjo,s. I was met by Carl and he showed me the good and bad side to different brands and about the banjos,s themselves. I left feeling very educated. I decided on a a Deering 6 string. After I got home I started trying how to hold it, strum and pick it, a variety of picks etc. 3 days later I can say I,m very happy. Does not feel weird now and I,m using a Herco medium thumbpick. Plays like my Gretch and sounds like a banjo. Very Happy, might be a 5 stringer in the near future as this was fairly easy to adjust to and lots of fun.
