Thank you to Carl and the JJ Music Sales & Repair team for helping me to secure my AWESOME Sabian 19" Legacy Crash cymbal! This is my latest purchase from this store and they never disappoint. This cymbal's dark brooding, complex tones complements the sonic palette of my other cymbals. The JJ team's advice, service, products, shipping, etc. is simply superior. I have had the pleasure of obtaining Carl's help on several of my purchases - his knowledge and customer service has exceeded my expectations each and every time. To say I am very pleased is truly an understatement. Looking forward to purchasing from you again soon.

I messaged this shop last week and inquired about a few different Godin guitars. They responded quickly and answered all of my questions. I went into the shop this week and I'm not sure who was assisting me but he was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire visit. I was very impressed with the service and will definitely be back in the future.

I had quite the experience finding someone that could repair my snow globe that was given to me by my brother and means a lot to me. A wire to the circuit board/ motherboard came unattached so the fan and light no longer worked. Desperate to get it fixed I searched with Google and no one was able to help me here in Canada. Then I decided to try asking for help on different social media sites and buy and sell sites. I received a note on Kijiji from JJ music and repair on Adelaide St. London, Ontario. They sent me a note saying to to bring it into the shop or send a picture of my snow globe. They said that if I brought it in they would look at it and try and fix it. I was delighted. Staff were so understanding and helpful and took my snow globe. I got an email in less then a week saying they were able to repair my sentimental globe. It works perfectly and I could not be happier for their efforts in fixing my item that just could not be replaced and at a very reasonable price. They don’t seem hesitate to try anything even though the store is full of musical merchandise they also do repairs on electronics. I highly recommend them. Thanks you from my heart. Very Satisfied and happy customer.
